**Position Summary** Provides big\-picture leadership over Diesel Power Products' warehouse operations by managing the Shipping and Receiving Managers rather than the floor itself. Owns the KPIs, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement efforts that raise warehouse efficiency, oversees inventory accuracy and shipping carrier relationships, and coaches managers to run their areas to a consistent standard. **Qualifications** * 3\-5 years of progressive warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience, including experience managing other managers or supervisors * Proven track record of building and using KPIs, standardized processes, and continuous improvement to raise warehouse efficiency * Strong knowledge of inventory management, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and storage and slotting practices * Experience managing shipping carrier and freight relationships, including service performance, claims, and issue resolution * Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance\-management skills, with the ability to develop managers while respecting their authority * Proficiency with ERP and warehouse management systems and with reporting and analy...
