* Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures emphasizing safety * Manage day\-to\-day operations: on time delivery of components, warehouse replenishment and returnable container management * Optimize warehouse manning in conjunction with shipping/receiving schedules, production requirements, customer demands and vacation scheduling * Effectively access and navigate customer portals to obtain shipping and tracking information for inclusion in advance shipping notices within ERP system. * Utilize customer web portals to arrange shipments, secure transportation, and ensure compliance with customer routing requirements. * Maintain and manage customer\-specific dock codes, routing changes in customer partner’s portals, ensuring shipping instructions are accurately reflected in ERP system. * Manage the reporting, tracking, repair scheduling, and disposition of customer\-owned returnable containers through customer portal systems. * Ensure standardized work is being followed by all team members * Follow daily standardized work, audits and check sheets * Lead, coach and discipline team members as needed * Track performance metrics daily and drive continuous improvement to hav...
