**Overview:** We are seeking a detail\-driven Transaction Coordinator to join our Dallas team and help ensure smooth, successful closings! In this role, you’ll manage and streamline the closing process for all real estate transactions—creating and tracking timelines, ensuring compliance with Texas Real Estate contracts, and maintaining accurate digital files. You’ll work closely with agents, title companies, lenders, appraisers, and clients to keep deadlines, documents, and contingencies on track. Responsibilities include drafting addendums, resolving issues, coordinating closing logistics, and preparing the final file for Accounting.
