**Job Description** ------------------- The Finance Specialist works with the Corporate and Line of Business Finance teams. This position will provide a wide range of financial analysis regarding forecast, trends, monthly income statement, and ad hoc reports. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Supports the strategic planning process and the development of the annual business plan, budget and forecast for the business on an annual, monthly and weekly basis * Supports the quarterly operating reviews and other executive management reports * Recognizes opportunity and drives improvements with Aramark supplied software tools * Analyzes and compares monthly and quarterly results, metrics and key performance indicators against plan and other benchmarks * Analyzes productivity (food and labor), marketing and other business initiatives impact on financial results * Responsible for dashboard accuracy / reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard, etc.) * Performs or compiles ad hoc analyses as the need arises At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
