**JOB OVERVIEW** The Area General Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the group’s portfolio of Marriott\-branded hotels. Reporting to executive leadership and ownership, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and talent development across all assigned properties.
