**A Different Kind of Mobile Nursing Role** purelyIV is looking for an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse to join our team as a **Core RN**. Our Core RN position is designed for nurses who want a more consistent relationship with purelyIV than a traditional PRN role. Core RNs serve as a primary clinical staffing resource for our practice and receive a **guaranteed minimum compensation arrangement** in exchange for providing dependable weekly availability and helping us maintain consistent coverage for our clients. Core RNs are paid **$45\.00 per hour for compensable hours worked** and, while meeting the requirements of the Core RN Program, receive a **minimum of $1,800 in gross wages each semimonthly pay period**. If wages earned for hours worked during the pay period exceed $1,800, the RN receives the greater amount. This is **not a salaried position or a guarantee of 40 paid working hours per week**. Core RNs commit to 40 hours of scheduled coverage availability each week and remain available for appropriate client assignments during those coverage periods.
