**OVERVIEW** Hype Boss is hiring a highly organized, execution\-minded \*\*Director of Brand Activations \& Client Programs\*\* to lead the implementation of major client partnerships and brand initiatives, for some of our highest profile clients. This person will take programs from signed scope to successful execution. You will work directly with Hype Boss leadership, our internal team, client stakeholders, creative partners, talent and vendors to make sure every commitment we make turns into a well\-run, high\-quality program. We need someone who can understand the strategy behind a program, translate it into an operating plan, manage the relationships surrounding it and stay close enough to the work to make sure every deliverable gets finished. Some programs will involve creator and talent networks. Others may include advisory councils, brand partnerships, events, media, social content, video, newsletters, sponsorship integrations, marketing campaigns and other multimedia activations.
