**Who we are looking for** We are seeking a Managing Director level **Head of Technology Process Re\-Engineering** to establish and lead a GTS\-focused capability for technology process mapping, process re\-engineering, and operational transparency across State Street Global Technology Services. This role will report to the GTS Head of Process Improvement and Risk Remediation. This role will drive the development of standardized process views for key GTS technology processes, improve end\-to\-end process understanding, and identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and strengthen control effectiveness within the GTS operating environment. The ideal candidate is a senior technology transformation leader with deep experience in process mapping, operating model design, and process re\-engineering within a large, complex, and regulated technology organization. This individual must be able to translate fragmented knowledge into clear, actionable process maps and improvement roadmaps that support GTS decision\-making, risk reduction, and sustained operational improvement.
