**A Snapshot of Your Day** As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Winston\-Salem Components (WSC) factory Finance team, supporting assigned product lines, inventory management, and financial analysis and reporting. You will contribute to month\-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting while providing insights that support operational and financial decision\-making. Working closely with cross\-functional teams and other locations, you will help improve financial processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and promote best practices across the organization. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Prepare and post journal entries, perform allocations, and complete balance sheet reconciliations as part of month\-end closing activities. * Support the development of periodic forecasts and annual budgets, providing accurate and timely financial information. * Monitor and support inventory management activities, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. * Prepare and maintain monthly reporting for cost centers, productivity, factory scorecards, and other key performance indicators. * Support assigned product lines across all financial activiti...
