Project Manager \- M365 Team Lead and manage both operational and project\-based work for the M365 team using Kanban methodology. This role combines Scrum Master facilitation with hands\-on project management to ensure efficient delivery of services and initiatives across Microsoft 365 platforms and related enterprise tools. Key Responsibilities Scrum Master/Agile Facilitation Facilitate daily stand\-up meetings and ensure team alignment on priorities Manage Kanban board, ensuring workflow optimization and WIP (Work in Progress) limits Remove impediments and blockers to team productivity Coach team members on Agile/Kanban best practices Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives Project Management Plan, execute, and deliver M365\-related projects on time and within scope Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies Coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business units Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer Operational Management Oversee day\-to\-day operational work for M365 services Prioritize and triage incoming requests and incidents Manage service lev...
