**What will your job look like?** The **Equipment \& Onboarding Coordinator** is a member of the MTM finance department and is responsible for properly receiving incoming inventory, timely staging and shipping outgoing items while adhering to safety procedures. This position will work closely with the Asset and Inventory Control team members providing accurate, timely communications to both internal and external customers and prioritize tasks to support the business. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also manage activities surrounding asset recovery. **This position will be onsite daily at our Lake St. Louis, MO office** **This position does not support OPT STEM or H\-1 Visa Sponsorship** **Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.** **What you’ll do:** * Primary contact for all assets including intake, distribution, and logistical moves of equipment * Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies pertaining to IT assets * Collaborate and communicate with internal employees, product providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products * Outreach to internal and external contacts to obtain information for shipping and ...
