Job Title: Facilities Coordinator FLSA Status: Full\-Time Exempt Scheduled hours are determined by the Operations Director including some early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Our offices are open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Reports to: Operations Director Supervises: Maintenance/repair and custodial vendors, volunteers as assigned (e.g. setup and cleanup of events, building tidying and painting, and litter removal projects around building and on service road) Salary Range: $52K\+ dependent on experience. Includes a comprehensive employee benefit package. Revision Date: 9/10/2026 POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Coordinator serves as a key member of the Operations Team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection, custodial oversight, and event management of the facility. They will provide direct support to the Operations Director and work collaboratively with Senior Leadership to ensure maintenance, repair, inspection, and custodial work occur in a timely, effective, and cost competitive manner with minimum disruption to daily operations.
