**Job Summary:** *As a Warehouse Associate Lead, you will be responsible for the warehouse’s managers, employees, including mentoring, performance evaluations, scheduling and assigning duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s brand, ensuring all warehouse functions are running smoothly, and that your staff also promotes the American Furniture Warehouse culture. You will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the warehouse, as well as execute strategies dictated by the corporate, marketing, human resources, and executive teams.
