**Position Summary** The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, safety, operational performance, and financial results of the manufacturing facility. This role oversees production, quality, cost, delivery, maintenance, and workforce performance while ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and corporate standards.
