***About the Position*** *Support the Project Management, Field Operations, Preconstruction, Risk Management, Business Development and Accounting departments.* ***Key Responsibilities Include:*** * Live the company values: + Demonstrate competence to safety and build projects of high quality. + Honesty and integrity to build trustworthy relationships. + Work hard and do everything in your ability to support your team. + Create effective partnerships with clients, employees, and construction partners. * Project Contracts including creation of subcontracts packets. * Project Setup including being involved in Preconstruction Turnover, Job Cost Setup, Project Buyout, Files and File Management and meeting the Process Time Frames for these items. * Submittals including submittal log creation, reviewing and approving submittals, and process time frames. * Scheduling and Coordination of subcontractors, site personnel, activities, and materials on assigned projects.
