**Job Overview** Town Pump is a historic Little Rock dive bar and grill, established 1969\. We are in need of a General Manager to take stewardship of the building, the bar program, and the guest experience. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who wants to run a bar, not just staff and work at one. **Schedule** Nights and Weekends **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** * Building Maintenance\- Developing a strong sense of what maintenance issues can be handled by yourself and your staff, and what must be outsourced. Documenting issues and seeing the fixes through to completion. * Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. * Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain high standards. * Guest Satisfaction\- Protecting what makes the Town Pump what it is. The regulars, the employees, the atmosphere, the consistency. * Control inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective stock management practices.
