The Senior Accounting Manager is a hands\-on accounting leader responsible for complex accounting areas and accurate financial reporting across a three\-site manufacturing network. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role plays a critical role in ensuring general ledger integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. This position operates within an established accounting and ERP framework. This is a stable, long\-term individual contributor role with meaningful technical ownership and cross\-functional exposure. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Own complex accounting areas including inventory, accruals, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and detailed supporting schedules * Prepare monthly financial statement packages and supporting documentation for Corporate Controller review * Ensure general ledger accuracy across multiple legal entities and manufacturing locations * Research, document, and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to technical accounting matters * Support debt covenant cal...
