**Job Title:** Senior Project Engineer **Location:** 1250 Bellflower Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90840 **Pay Range:** $135,000 \- $145,000/yr plus benefits **Client:** California State University Long Beach **Project Name:** CSULB \- University Student Union Renovation and Expansion **Project Duration:** 4 years **Anticipated Start Date:** November/December 2026 **Project Details (Size, SOW, Site Background, Etc.)** * Renovation of 180,000 GSF of the existing USU Building (includes 160k sf of indoor area and 20k sf of outdoor covered walkways \& seating areas) and a 50,000 GSF addition.
