**Kimpton Fredericksburg** A new build resort hotel on a mixed use development shared with curated R\&B and retail on the edge of downtown Fredericksburg, TX, with views to the Hill Country and surrounding landscape. Hotel program consists of 210 keys with a large event barn, event lawn, additional breakout rooms, plus 4 R\&B offerings including a 3\-meal restaurant, a coffee grab \& go off of the lobby, a rooftop concept and a pool bar.
