**Salon Operations \& Retail Manager** **Salon 695 \| Denver, Colorado Full Time \| On Site** **65,000–70,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and additional benefits** **The Opportunity** Salon 695 is seeking an experienced operations and retail leader to manage our front desk, retail business, daily salon operations, and growing team. Our salon is home to approximately 24 independent beauty professionals, a curated retail boutique, and the developing Salon 695 Squad. This is a high\-ownership position for someone who can bring structure to a busy environment, strengthen accountability, grow revenue, and create an exceptional experience for clients and beauty professionals. This is not a traditional front\-desk management role.
