Shamrock Group and KBI are growing companies operating under separate books and financial reporting. Shamrock has been part of the Minneapolis business community for more than 80 years, and both organizations are now operating in a fast\-paced, growth\-focused environment under new ownership. We are looking for an experienced, hands\-on **CPA Controller** who wants to be part of the business and own the accounting function from start to finish. This is a full\-time, permanent, in\-house position. It is not a consulting, fractional, interim, or contract role. The Controller will report directly to the CFO and will currently operate as a stand\-alone accounting leader with no junior accounting support. **Responsibilities** * Own accounting and financial reporting for both Shamrock Group and KBI. * Maintain accurate, separate books for each company. * Lead month\-end and year\-end close. * Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments. * Prepare financial statements and management reports. * Manage multi\-entity consolidations and intercompany activity. * Build financial and operational reports from scratch. * Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecas...
