**Description** **The Role** The Director Philanthropy is a visible, senior individual contributor who engages donors for all clinical priorities within Providence Holy Cross at Mission Hills. The role independently develops new donors using a disciplined approach to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, all the way through stewardship of gifts of $50,000 and above. They will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Philanthropy Officer. Success requires healthcare philanthropy expertise, confidence partnering with physicians and clinical leaders, strong project execution, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
