The Project Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities and managing Commercial Building Automation System (BAS) Projects. This position requires a self\-motivated individual who is dependable and process oriented. The employee should have a high level of attention to detail, be accurate and consistent, and work well with others. A successful Project Manager will achieve their target goals by meeting deadlines on all projects and achieve the planned project gross profit with an emphasis on accurate labor utilization.
