Reviews clinical trial protocols and negotiated budgets to determine research charges and appropriate funds. Coordinates with numerous departments to establish study specific billing plans. Serves as a point of contact to facilitate data sharing between the University and Hospital billing matrix, a process for determining standard of care vs research funded patient billing. Executes billing plans for each study. **Job Description** =================== **Primary Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Implements database applications for billing, invoicing, and reconciling using a variety of WashU system related applications. * Maintains regular contact with sponsor to finalize monthly invoices and tracks revenue and outstanding invoices. * Coordinates with research regulatory staff to ensure each study’s consent form correctly identifies which procedures are paid for by the study and which procedures will be billed to insurance (SOC vs R) in alignment with the final clinical trial agreement and...
