**FUNCTIONAL ROLE** L\&L Metal Fabrication is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our custom metal fabrication shop. The Shop Manager is responsible for supervising shop employees, coordinating fabrication priorities with Project Managers, maintaining an organized and productive shop, overseeing equipment maintenance, and ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and managed within the warehouse. This position serves as the primary point of accountability for daily shop operations and reports directly to company leadership.
