**Job Summary:** The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing their respective area of manufacturing or warehousing operations. **Core Duties** * Manage respective duties including facility management, stocking, inventory, maintenance and creating products for orders/ stock. * Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in respective area(s). Reviews orders, maintenance records, machinery, and other records as applicable to determine the daily/ weekly work assignments as well as goals for the week/ month/ quarter. * Vendor and contractor management as applicable. * Oversees receiving activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of product(s). * Coordinate communication between the internal departments as required to ensure efficient and timely deliverables. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety policies. * Establish and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers through effective communication both written and oral. * Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counting, and other inventory management functions as needed. * Maintain the proper working order of all warehouse equipment and tools. * Ens...
