Description: **Role** **Responsible for leading the Cash department and overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the department, including teller operations at the Memorial location, organizational cash management, cash recyclers/ECRs, ATM operations, RDC and related cash processing functions.** **Provides leadership, coaching and direction to direct reports while maintaining strong operational controls, consistent processes and a high level of member service. Establishes priorities, promotes accountability, develops staff and proactively addresses operational or performance concerns.
