**Technical Project Manager — IPS Shelters** **Location:** Denton, Texas **Schedule:** Full\-time, primarily onsite **About the role** IPS Shelters is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate the technical work behind our prefabricated shelter projects. This person will develop estimates, manage technical communication with customers, and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) as projects move from proposal through production and delivery. The right candidate can read electrical and telecom requirements, ask the questions needed to resolve gaps, and turn customer specifications into clear information for purchasing, engineering, and the production team. **Responsibilities** * Review customer specifications, drawings, and requests for proposal to identify shelter requirements, scope gaps, and technical risks. * Prepare and maintain project estimates, including material quantities, equipment, labor assumptions, vendor pricing, and changes in scope. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical questions.
