**Position Summary** Biermann Plumbing \& Heating, Inc. is seeking a dependable, experienced Controller to take leadership of the company’s financial administration, office operations, and administrative team. This is a hands\-on management role. The Controller will supervise the bookkeeper and office manager, create accountability, improve office procedures, ensure work is completed accurately and on time, and provide ownership with reliable financial and operational information. The Controller will not simply enter bills or answer phones.
