**Department:** Finance \& Accounting **Reports To:** Chief Financial Officer **Location:** Albuquerque, New Mexico **Employment Type:** Full\-Time, Exempt **Compensation Range:** $100,000 \- $145,000 (DOE) **Position Summary** 3D Glass Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the company's financial records. This role will manage core accounting functions, lead month\-end close, support audits, and help strengthen internal controls as the company scales. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the CFO to provide accurate financial data that supports business decision\-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month\-end/year\-end close processes * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies/procedures * Supervise and mentor accounting staff (or serve as an individual contributor init...
