Capital Women’s Care is seeking an experienced, highly motivated **Business Manager – Revenue Cycle Operations** to help develop and lead a new centralized business office supporting multiple OB/GYN practices. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced healthcare business professional to help build a business office from the ground up. The Business Manager will work closely with practice leadership to establish the department’s infrastructure, workflows, staffing model, performance standards, and day\-to\-day revenue cycle operations. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of physician\-practice billing and revenue cycle management, demonstrated leadership experience, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to successfully manage a fully remote team.
