New Haven Harbor Station is a 4\-unit, 598\-MW power generation facility featuring one oil and natural gas\-fired steam generator and three GE LM6000 combustion turbines. We’re seeking a **Senior Operations Supervisor** to lead day\-to\-day operations, ensure plant performance and compliance, and oversee start\-up, shutdown, and maintenance activities. This is a **shift\-work leadership role** with responsibility for plant personnel and performance, including serving as **Incident Commander** during emergencies and acting as site authority when management is absent. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise plant operations staff (bargaining unit associates). * Ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient plant operations. * Oversee daily and outage\-related work to maintain unit availability. * Coordinate generating unit operations with external entities and grid operators. * Maintain open communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Enforce corporate policies and operating procedures. * Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to direct reports. * Support maintenance activities as needed. * Act as Incident Commander during...
