Our float pool providers are valued for creating access to care when clinics are impacted by planned and unexpected provider shortages. As a member of the team, you are not responsible for a patient panel, you work with a variety of experienced care teams, and you enjoy a flexible schedule that works for you, giving you the time you need for family and personal interests.
