**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate compassion to people of all backgrounds. The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We are looking to cover 2 areas in particular in the southeast valley, particularly west to central Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Ahwatukee; the other area would be more East Mesa, Gilbert, AJ and potentially Gold Canyon. Duties include: * Develops a written plan of care for each assigned patient, assessing the physical, psycho\-social needs of the patient and documents findings. * Assesses patient’s condition, initiates plan of care, re\-evaluates and updates as necessary. * Evaluates the significance of assessment findings and communicates any pertinent information about the patient’s clinical status and ongoing needs to others in a timely fashion. * Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain.
