**Assisted Living QMAP** **PRN Position Available** **Primary Job Purpose:** To provide direct care and services to our neighbors. **Customer Service:** Adherence to the MOSES program to include Mission, Ownership, Success, Excellence, and Service. **Essential Job Functions:** * Practices the Values, the Mission, and Philosophy of Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center. * Responsible for timely ordering and documenting the administration of medications and medical supplies for neighbors. * Assist in implementing care of neighbors per care plan including but not limited to bathing, laundry, housekeeping, meal service, grooming, reminders, and toileting assistance as outlined in care plan. * Provides privacy while giving personal care. * Perform accurate and complete documentation of neighbor’s information as required by federal and state regulations. * Coordinate medical and non\-medical appointments and transportation for neighbors. * Gives mental, emotional and physical support to neighbors. * Always treats neighbors with dignity and respect.
