Enterprise Systems Technical Expert Advisor — Operational Medicine The **Enterprise Systems Technical Expert Advisor** provides senior technical, strategic, and operational advisory support to the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) and Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). The Advisor supports the planning, implementation, sustainment, modernization, and optimization of enterprise informatics, information management/information technology (IM/IT), network, Electronic Health Record (EHR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and clinical\-informatics capabilities across both **in\-garrison and operational medicine environments**. This position requires demonstrated experience supporting operational medicine, military medical readiness, expeditionary healthcare, deployed clinical operations, or comparable distributed and mission\-critical healthcare environments.
