**Department:** Family Med\-PIMG RAMONA 13TH**Union:** **Shift:** 8\-hour Shift \- Day (United States of America)**Hours Per Pay Period:** 80**Job Description:** **Pay Range:** $46\.41\-$64\.98 **Job Summary** Under supervision, uses the full scope of the Nurse Practice Act to assess, plan, organize, and provide nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with physician instructions. Makes preliminary observations of and prepares patients for medical treatment. The RN is responsible for the on\-site care of patients and for evaluating and renewing prescription refill requests by following established prescription renewal protocols and processes. The RN may need to cover for clinical nurses as needed to provide direct patient care, to include the administration of medications and immunizations, performing nursing procedures, and patient education, as well as to provide triage services and care management, to include patient assessment and education, and arranging for necessary appointments/ referrals.
