**Location:** Dania Beach, FL, United States **Date Posted:** Sep 23, 2026 **Req number:** JR16286 **Job Type:** Regular Full Time **Pay Range:** **Description** **The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.** **BrightView Tree Care Services is currently seeking an experienced Tree Care Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, tree trimming services, manage crews and ensuring safe, efficient and high\-quality execution of pruning, tree removals, plant health care and all other aspects of tree care work.** J**ob Summary:** * Perform Tree Care Client site inspections to identify and determine necessary Arboricultural recommendations and scope of work**.** * Hands\-on service experience, knowledge of palms, shade/ornamental/native trees and shrubs. * Lead team of 20\+ employees, coordinating duties, scheduling and ensuring adherence to safety standards (BrightView, OSHA, ANSI Z\-133 Standards). * Working knowledge of ANSI A\-300 Tree Care Standards including: Crown Cleaning, Crown Thinning, Crown Raising, Crown Reduction and Palm Pruning. * As necessary, perform hands\-on work to meet work and schedule demands. * Conducted advanced tree risk assessments and recomme...
