**Customer Service Specialist at BioGro, Inc.** **Grand Marsh, WI** **Salary Range: $24\.00\-$30\.00 Hourly** **SUMMARY:** The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the company's customers in the day\-to\-day coordination from orders to invoicing. This position is responsible for addressing customer and warehouse inquiries, managing sales orders and related internal communication, supporting the resolution of issues, and providing accurate, timely invoicing to customers, while focused on continually providing the highest level of professional support to internal and external customers.
