**Project Manager \- Excavation \& Site Work** **Toprak Excavation LLC \| Lake Anna / Central Virginia \| Full\-Time** Toprak Excavation is a growing site work company serving the Lake Anna, Fredericksburg, and Charlottesville markets. We're looking for a Project Manager to keep our jobs moving, our crews productive, and our clients happy. This is a hands\-on role for someone who's comfortable on a job site, can read a set of plans, and enjoys working with people. **What you'll do** * Plan and schedule daily work so our operators and equipment stay busy and productive * Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and project specs, and translate them into clear direction for the crew * Meet with clients, builders, and contractors at job sites to walk the work, answer questions, and scope new projects * Be the main point of contact for clients from kickoff to completion * Coordinate material deliveries, subs, and equipment needs * Track progress, flag problems early, and keep jobs on schedule and on budget * Work closely with ownership on estimates, bids, and job documentation **What we're looking for** * Experience in excavation, site work, civil, or heavy construction * Ability to re...
