Electrical Superintendent – High\-End Residential Location: San Carlos, CA / Bay Area Jobsites Job Type: Full\-Time Regent5 is a Bay Area electrical and low\-voltage contractor specializing in high\-end residential construction. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution across multiple active projects. This role is for someone who can plan ahead, lead field teams, coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors, and prevent problems before they affect schedule or productivity. Responsibilities * Oversee electrical field operations across multiple projects * Supervise and support Foremen, Site Leads, Journeymen, and Apprentices * Maintain 2–6 week look\-ahead plans * Plan manpower and crew allocation * Confirm materials, drawings, submittals, RFIs, access, and site conditions are ready before work begins * Coordinate electrical work with GCs and other trades * Identify schedule, material, design, and manpower issues early * Monitor field productivity, workmanship, safety, and quality * Review electrical and architectural plans * Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout * Communicate field conditions, extra work,...
