**\*\*\*Get Paid to Learn a Skilled Trade\*\*\*** LUMA Property Partners is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals interested in **learning professional painting and home\-improvement skills while earning a steady paycheck**. The **Home Service Specialist I (HSS I)** is an entry\-level field position and part of LUMA's Painter Development Track. **Professional painting experience is not required.** Each HSS I works as part of a two\-person field team alongside a Painter I. You'll begin by supporting painting and general home\-service operations while receiving hands\-on training and increasing responsibility as your skills develop. During your initial development period, you'll also have opportunities to receive technical instruction and coaching from an experienced Master Painter.
