**Location:** UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion \- Aurora, CO **Department:** Neurosurgery Work Schedule: Full Time, 80\.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) **Shift:** Days **Pay:** $35\.74 \- $57\.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option Summary: Manages the daily operations of the assigned department(s) or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.
