**Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Hardware \& Software Validation Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive testing and validation processes for cutting\-edge hardware devices and software applications, ensuring top\-tier quality and performance. The role requires close collaboration with cross\-functional engineering teams to identify issues early, reproduce complex failures, and validate fixes across multiple system components and configurations Daily on\-site access to the physical office is essential, as hands\-on interaction with hardware platforms is critical for effective debugging of hardware–software interactions. This includes in\-depth analysis of system behavior, validation of audiovisual quality across different content types and display modes, and verification of end\-to\-end user experiences. On\-site presence also enables direct testing and troubleshooting of local connectivity protocols, peripherals, and real\-world environmental variables that cannot be fully replicated in a remote setup.
