**Overview** The Washington State and Global Employee Engagement (WSGEE) team is seeking a Senior Government Affairs Manager to work in a fast\-paced environment to provide programmatic support, policy and advocacy strategy execution, government affairs outreach, and project management. This individual will be a critical member of the team, working cross\-functionally across our government, community, and employee engagement teams to support our home state and the Cascadia region (WA, OR, BC) as a whole. The position will work closely with the Senior Director of Government Affairs, as well as other members of the WSGEE team, providing political and strategic analysis and recommendations that inform and execute our advocacy strategy, policy positioning, and relationship development. This opportunity will allow you to deepen and grow Microsoft’s partnerships and influence with elected and appointed officials with an emphasis on state and local officials across Washington state.
