Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Project Engineering Manager, Hyperscale. This role can be remote anywhere in the United States, with a preference given to individuals living within a 50\-mile radius of an Eaton facility. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- The Project Engineering Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of Project Engineers supporting Field Project Managed orders for hyperscale data centers. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering resources to ensure workloads are effectively balanced, identifying and addressing training and development needs, and driving the consistent and efficient use of systems, tools, and processes.
