We are seeking an experienced **BIM Modeler / Electrical Detailer** to support commercial electrical construction projects through BIM modeling, detailing, coordination, and installation planning. The ideal candidate has hands\-on experience **modeling commercial electrical systems for construction** and strong proficiency with **Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks**. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents, and field teams to develop accurate construction models, resolve coordination conflicts, improve constructability, and support prefabrication and installation. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for commercial electrical construction projects. * Create electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, installation layouts, and prefabrication packages. * Model conduit, cable tray, electrical equipment, supports, sleeves, and other electrical systems. * Perform clash detection and coordinate electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, and architectural trades. * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy, constructability, and coordination...
