This role is responsible for managing capital project budgets, tracking the campus deferred maintenance backlog and assisting the Sr Director in the development of a 10\-year Capital Improvement Plan. The Capital Project Manager supervises contractors and consultants to ensure that projects are efficiently managed from conception to completion using industry\-standard project management methodologies and software tools.
