We specialize in attics, crawl spaces, and wildlife removal. **The Role** As Operations Manager, you'll oversee day\-to\-day field operations from the moment a job is sold until the customer is satisfied. You'll manage crews and subcontractors, source materials, keep projects on schedule and on budget, and be the go\-to person when a customer has a concern. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who knows the trades, understands construction, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
