Overview: The Associate Director/Director, Project Management is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of one or more Asset Teams in partnership with the Asset Team Leader. This role provides cross\-functional project management support, drives alignment and accountability across team members, and ensures effective tracking of timelines, budgets, risks, decisions, and key milestones. Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:* Manage one or more Asset Teams in partnership with the Asset Team Leader. * Provide direct project management support for cross\-functional Asset Team activities. * Partner with Finance to provide financial oversight of cross\-functional and Asset Team budgets. * Develop and maintain integrated project timelines, risk logs, action item trackers, and other project management tools. * Coordinate Asset Team meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow\-up actions. * Drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and achievement of key milestones across Asset Team(s).
